What is the return policy?

    • At this time, all Whipped Drinks purchases are final sale. If you encounter a quality-related problem with your product or packaging, we will address refunds on a case by case basis. Email us at hello@whippeddrinks.com with your inquiry. 

What are the shipping options?

    • You can elect ground or expedited shipping at checkout. Ground shipping generally arrives via USPS in 5-7 days. Expedited shipping generally arrives in 2-3 business days. Make sure you select the correct shipping at checkout. 

How do I know if my payment is secure?

    • We use Shopify payment processing for all orders so your checkout will be secure and private. 

When will I receive my order?

    • If you selected Ground shipping at checkout, orders will generally arrive via USPS in 5-7 days. Expedited shipping generally arrives in 2-3 business days.

What do I do if I never received my order?

    • If you received an alert that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out to us at hello@whippeddrinks.com and we will research what happened. If your package was lost or stolen, we will address it with the shipping provider and do our best to give you a complete refund. 

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective package?

    • Some light wear and tear may occur during shipping. Any scuffs or bumps that may occur to Whipped Drinks packaging likely will not damage the contents of your Whipped Sticks. If you find a Whipped Sticks packet is leaking or broken, please take a photo and email it to us at hello@whippedrinks.com and we will explore the problem with our manufacturing team and provide you a credit or refund, depending on the level of damage or non-usability. 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

    • At this time, orders placed are final when they are received. However, if you want to change a destination address for your package, we may be able to process the change if your request is received within four (4) hours of the order, Monday through Friday. Please email us at hello@whippeddrinks.com and we will do our best to make order adjustments whenever possible.  

Where are you located?

    • Whipped Drinks is based in Los Angeles, California and we ship from Ohio.

Where is Whipped Drinks made? Where do the materials come from?

    • Whipped Drinks Whip Sticks are made in our manufacturing plant in Indiana. We source each of our ingredients with care from trusted providers and test every inbound ingredient for quality before blending our whipped coffee products. Do your products contain dairy?

    • Whip Sticks do not contain dairy, eggs, wheat, soy or any other allergens. However, dairy and soy may be present in our manufacturing facility. Stringent cleaning practices ensure limited possibility of cross-contamination. 

Are you products gluten-free and are they made in a gluten-free facility?

    • Yes! Whip Sticks are naturally gluten free and made in a gluten free facility.

Are your coffees Kosher certified?

    • Whip Sticks are made in a certified Kosher facility.

I can’t find the directions, how do I make whipped coffee using Whip Sticks? 

    • To make whipped coffee using our Whip Sticks simply:
      • Empty packet into frothing jug or cup
      • Add 1 tablespoon of hot water
      • While tilting the cup towards you, use frother to whip until mixture is creamy and holds a foamy texture (about 60 seconds)
      • Dollop whipped coffee over ice and 8oz of your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk, stir and enjoy!

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

    • We do our best to reply to all emails sent to hello@whippeddrinks.com within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Emails received Friday after 5 PM PT will be answered starting at 9 AM PT on the following Monday. 

I want to subscribe to Whipped Drinks, how does it work?

    • Once you sign up for your subscription to Whipped Drinks, you will receive your subscription (1 carton, 2 cartons or 3 cartons at a time, based on your selection) on the calendar cadence you select. Currently, we offer subscriptions that ship every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks or 6 weeks. Change or cancel your subscription anytime. 

What do I get in my subscription to Whipped Drinks?

    • Based on your subscription preference (1 carton, 2 cartons or 3 cartons at a time, based on your selection) you will receive the carton(s) of Whip Sticks in a bubble mailer. Occasionally, we will throw in a fun surprise to your package, like a sticker, to liven up your day. 

Can I send a Whipped Drinks subscription as a gift?

    • At this time it is not possible to send a subscription as a gift, but it’s something we are working on!

When will I get my subscription?

    • Your subscription will arrive every set number of weeks (you set the timeline, which you can easily change or cancel at any time). Please allow 3-6 days for your first order to arrive.

How do I skip a month, cancel or change my subscription?

    • You can pause, skip or unsubscribe at any time--no questions asked. Just log into your account and you’ll be able to manage your subscription from there.

How do I get the whip and frothing jug?

    • Order one of our Whip Kits to receive a whip, frothing jug and 1 carton of Whip Sticks.

Can I order multiple cartons of Whip Sticks when I order a Whip Kit? 

    • Yes! Please visit our shop page to order as many individual cartons as you like.

How often will I be billed for my subscription?

    • Based on your subscription preference (2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks or 6 weeks) you will be billed on the same date every period.

How do I change the credit information on file for my subscription? 

    • Once you subscribe, an account will be created where you can update billing information anytime. If you have any questions please email us at hello@whippeddrinks.com.

    What is the shelf life of the Whip Sticks?

      • All Whipped Drinks products are stamped with a best by date. We recommend consuming our products by the best by date.
